The Traeger grill worked its magic on this delicious reversed-seare Tri-Tip from American Almond Beef. I didn’t have long to take this photo as the family was chomping at the bit to eat this thing. Another key item to this recipe was the tangy herb chimichurri sauce. Check out the recipe here.
